Prerequisites:
- You've created a product
- You've created a form that you want to add to the product as a weekly or monthly check-in
This short guide will show you how to attach an existing form to one of your untapp coaching products. We'll remind your customers to fill out the survey each week or each month.
Once they submit the form we'll automatically send it into your 1-1 chat so you can follow up with them!
- Navigate to your products list
- Select the product you want to add the check-in to
- Navigate to the Content tab in that product
- Click the "Add Check-In to Product" button at the bottom of the "Included Check-Ins" block
- Select Monthly or Weekly as the interval for the check-in - THAT'S IT!
Remember: In the Form editor, you can connect your form to Zapier through the webhooks, enable/disable respondent notifications, and automatically forward responses to an email of your choice!
